About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and organized person to oversee our heating and cooling warehouse. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment and overall warehouse organization to support our heating and cooling company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory management: Maintain accurate inventory levels manage stock replenishment receive vendor truck merchandise.
- Order fulfillment: Coordinate the picking and loading our installation trucks daily with heating and cooling product.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products, conducting inspections and manage returns as necessary.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency improvement and implement best practices for warehouse operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent additional education or certifications in warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the heating and cooling industry.
- Strong orginational and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
