As a lead installer you will be responsible for installing and residential and light commercial HVAC systems from start to finish. You will lead your team and ensure projects are completed on time and maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities:
As a lead installer you will be responsible for installing and residential and light commercial HVAC systems from start to finish. You will lead your team and ensure projects are completed on time and maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC systems(furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, etc.)
- Lead and train junior technicians .
- Coordinate with project managers and customers on jobs.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Complete required documentation and job reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- EPA certification.
- Valid Drivers license with clean driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in varied conditions(indoors/outdoors, attics, crawlspaces)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and technology related to HVAC installations.
